Most people find us looking for one thing, usually a phone case. The second order, months later, is almost always a watch band, and by then the leather has moved on: a different batch, a slightly different shade, a case that has already darkened while the band is still new.

Buying the pieces together avoids that. They come from the same run, they start at the same point, and they age at the same rate. A year later they still look like they belong to each other.

Three pieces in one order, 10% off the whole order. That is the entire rule.

Full-grain leather is not paint. Two pieces in the same shade will be close rather than identical, because the hides they came from were different animals with different lives.

Ordering together improves the odds considerably, since the pieces are more likely to be cut from the same batch. If an exact match matters to you, say so in the order notes and we will do what we can at the cutting table.

After a few years of watching orders, three combinations come up again and again.

• The everyday carry: phone case, watch band, AirPods cover. Everything that leaves the house in a pocket.
• The desk: desk mat, cable roll, bookmark. Bought by people who work from home and got tired of looking at plastic.
• The new phone: case, screen protector, lens protector. Ordered the week a new handset arrives, usually in a hurry.

A set is an easier gift than a single piece, because it reads as considered rather than as a guess at a price bracket. It is also the one case where the discount does something useful: three pieces at 10% off often lands where a single piece plus shipping would have.

If you know the phone but not much else, the case plus a desk mat plus a bookmark needs no sizes and no device models beyond the one you already know.

Do the three pieces have to be different products? No. Three of the same thing in different colours qualifies.

Can I return one piece and keep the rest? Yes. The discount is recalculated against what you keep.

Does engraving count as a piece? No. Engraving is an add-on to a product rather than a product of its own.
