Cases built for the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max
Apple released two Pro sizes this year, so this page holds two sets of cases and nothing else. Each one is cut for its own model. The camera opening, the button positions and the depth of the shell all change between the 18 Pro and the 18 Pro Max, and a case made for one will not sit right on the other.
Five designs are ready for both sizes:
- Capri, a snap-on case with card slots on the back and an RFID blocking shield under the leather
- Lucca, the slim snap-on with shock-absorbent padding behind the phone
- Ravenna, a folio wallet that detaches when you want to carry the phone on its own
- Florence, a full folio with card slots and RFID blocking
- Fermo, a crossbody case with a strap, for the days you leave the bag behind
Full-grain leather changes as you use it
Every case here starts as full-grain cowhide, the top layer of the hide with the grain left intact. It resists moisture and it marks. Corners darken first, then the surface softens and takes on a patina. Nothing is sanded or embossed to cover that up, which is why two cases bought on the same day rarely look alike a year later.
Inside, a suede lining sits against the screen and the camera ring. Stitching runs the full edge, and the cutouts are shaped to the phone rather than punched oversize, so the charging port, the speaker grille and the side buttons stay where your fingers expect them.
Picking by how you carry your phone
It usually comes down to how much you want to carry in one hand.
- Phone and a couple of cards: Capri keeps the cards on the case, Lucca keeps the case as thin as possible and leaves the cards to you.
- Phone, cards and cash in one piece: Florence closes over the screen and holds everything. Ravenna does the same but lets the wallet come off, so you can head out with the bare case.
- No pockets at all: Fermo. The strap goes over the shoulder or across the body and unclips when you want the case on its own.
Wireless charging, MagSafe and thickness
Leather is not metal, so a Qi charger works through every case on this page. The snap-on shells add roughly two millimetres to the back, which is inside the range most pads and car mounts allow for. A wallet case with cards in it is a different matter: charge through the phone side, not through a stack of cards, or the coil will not find the phone.
Magnetic accessories hold through the leather but with less force than they do through a thin plastic shell. If you rely on a magnetic car mount at motorway speed, test it before you commit to a long drive.
Questions people ask before ordering
How many cards does a wallet case hold? Capri takes two or three comfortably. Florence and Ravenna take four or five, plus folded notes.
Will the leather stain? It can mark if it gets soaked, and the mark usually fades as it dries. Denim dye transfers onto lighter shades, which is worth knowing if you carry a light tan case in a back pocket.
Does the 18 Pro case fit the 18 Pro Max? No. The two bodies are different lengths and the camera sits in a different place.
Add a monogram before it ships
Any case on this page can carry initials or a short name for 18.90 dollars. The letters are engraved into the leather rather than printed on top, so they stay readable as the surface darkens. Choose the text and the position on the product page before you add the case to your cart.
Each case ships in a box that is ready to hand over, which is most of the reason people order a second one in November.
