Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you would be completely satisfied with the purchases you’ve made from our online store, but we’ll appreciate if you just could contact us if you are experiencing any inconvenience with your shopping.

We allow our customers to decide whether to keep or return the item within this 30-day timeframe. However, since even a few days of use could potentially damage the products, please treat newly purchased items delicately during this initial period in case they need to be returned.

Personalized or customized orders can not be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (you can request it from our Customer Service when you initiate a return process)

If VENITO does not receive the return within 30 days of the date on your receipt, the return authorization will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at VENITO’s discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Item Condition

Returns are valid only on products purchased from this website and that are in new, unused, showroom condition, with all original packaging, including accessories, unless otherwise approved by Customer Service in advance.

When you contact Customer Service, be sure to let us know of any issues (damage, flaws, etc.) as soon as you receive an item.


The same rules above apply to the exchange process. We’ll initiate the exchange process only when we receive the return receipt. We will ship the new items once we receive your returned items and our Fulfillment Center labels it as resellable.

Do I need a return authorization (RMA) number?

Yes. Returns are only accepted with a Return Merchandiser Authorization (RMA) number requested from and provided by VENITO.

Can I return my product if it was purchased from another website or reseller?

VENITO only accepts returned items purchased from us directly. If you have purchased your VENITO product from a website other than or a retail store, you will need to contact them and follow their return policy. Policies vary by reseller.

Do I need to have the original packaging for returns?

Yes. The product should be in a new, unused condition and show no signs of user wear. The item must be returned with a return authorization number and all packaging, accessories, and, if applicable, gifts, from the original purchase. If all original packaging is not included with the returned item, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
