First and foremost, I love the product and Venito was easy to work with. I created a full custom product. I feel like I really pushed the limits of what Venitl would typically offer in the way of custom engraving and they worked with me. That speaks volumes for this vendor! 100% recommend purchasing from Venito! 1. Quality of the leather is on point. I really enjoy the look and feel. 2. I thought the custom engraving would be darker as it is hard to see straight on. You have to catch the light at right angle in order for it show a rich dark texture as shown in the photos. That said, I see that as being consistent with my bible verse and KOT cross shield theme. The light from God is what allows us to see his path for us! 3. Tom, one of the Venito artists, reached out about the customization before completed. I really appreciate collaboration and egagement from Venito when asking for a custom project. 4. Plastic/rubber case, had to be modify the bottom of the case to accept my chargers. Android chargers have extra plastic around the charging tip. 5. I will definitely order again from Venito. Only suggestions for customers are to have awareness that although my photos highlight my customization, understand there is a difference between that vs the embroidered knight and the bottom and the company logo on the inside. The customization is on the surface level and not dark looking straight on, where as the company logos are indented and darker. That said, I am happy with it. Also, you may have to modify the plastic holder at the charging port so your charger can plug in without issue. Only suggestion for Ventio would be to reseach for the 2 above suggested modifications. 1. Modify the plastic/rubber holder at the charging port as I have multiple chargers that would not easily fit without taking the phone out of the case. I modified it myself and will go back over it with a Dremel tool to smooth it out. 2. Would it be possible to match the customizations to the texture of the company logo's. If there is a method to customize in a cost effective way you would corner the market on that. Thank you Venito!!!

Love this bag as it is a perfect fit for my iPhone and especially like the zipper space for personal items, such as lipstick, keys, and slots for cash/credit cards. Functional, great quality of materials, and small purse for travel and pleasure! Recommended to some friends who plan to purchase one!

Classy look and feel. Has my name stamped in the front. All phone functions work while in the wallet or out. Wallet can also be used as a stand. I love my new phone case.
