Galaxy S25 Series

The S25 Ultra rounded off the corners that the S24 Ultra had left sharp, which is a small change that breaks case compatibility completely. If you upgraded from an S24 Ultra, your old case will not fit this one.

The S25 and S25 Plus are close enough in shape to confuse in photographs and far enough apart in size to matter. Set the model above the grid before you compare anything else.

• Lucca, the slim snap-on. Padding behind the phone, bare leather back, wireless charging still works.
• Capri, the same shell with card slots and an RFID blocking layer behind them.
• Florence, the folio wallet, with the card slots inside the cover.

The S Pen stays accessible on the Ultra. None of these cases block the silo.

Capri takes two or three flat against the back. Florence takes four or five inside the cover, with room for folded notes. An RFID blocking layer sits behind the slots on both, so a reader held near your pocket cannot pick the cards up.

If you carry a transit card, keep it in the outermost slot. Readers on gates are weaker than shop terminals and the shield does its job on those too.

The reason people move to leather on a Galaxy is usually grip. A glass back with a polished frame is a phone that slides off a car seat, and full-grain cowhide has enough texture that it stays where you put it. The suede lining inside takes care of the part most cases get wrong, which is what happens to the finish underneath after a year of grit in the shell.

• Dry cloth for dust. Nothing else most of the time.
• Keep it off a hot dashboard and away from radiators.
• A little leather cream once or twice a year if it feels dry.
• Water marks usually fade as the leather dries. Do not put it near heat to speed that up.

Will an S24 case fit the S25? No. The S25 Ultra rounded its corners and the standard models changed dimensions slightly, so none of the three carry over.

Can I use a magnetic car mount? Yes, with a metal plate or a clamp mount. Leather is not magnetic on its own.

Does the folio interfere with the fingerprint reader? No. It is under the screen, and the cover folds fully back.

Is the leather treated? Lightly, enough to resist rain. Not enough to stop it developing a patina.
